OVERALL: THE DIFFERENCE WAS LOCATION I stopped by at the end of an exploratory trip. Not impressed by the last Genghis Grill so I thought I'd give a different location a try. I was quickly greeted and got my bowl. First difference I noticed was the cleanliness. Much improved! It was not crowded at all but I went in before 4. Also, I noticed that the selection was a little more expansive. Could this be because I was in a different, more selective area (Rockwall County), I can not say but I am grateful. Everything was well cooked and still piping hot when I ate it 30 minutes later. Pretty good reheated too!

Great staff. Good prices. Really good food. I went twice and both times we were sort of confused by the menu. The staff was super helpful both times in explaining how everything worked. The food was fantastic and cooked perfectly. They give you a bowl and a bunch of options to build it the way you want. After you have completed building your bowl with the meat and veggies you want they cook it for you. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I've been coming here with my family for years and this was one of the best experiences I've had yet! The new staff they have is wonderful. The hostess was so friendly, we didn't have to wait for anything, our bowls were cooked perfectly and the manager who checked on us was super sweet! They were very busy, but ran it like a pro. Great experience.
